Foster Closet Support
Assist during open shopping hours by warmly welcoming families, helping them navigate the closet, and ensuring they find what they need with ease. Volunteers in this role provide hands-on support, answer questions, and help create a calm, respectful shopping experience. It’s all about connection, care, and making every visit feel personal, supported, and dignified.
Events & Clinics Team
Support the planning and execution of impactful events, such as our hair care clinic and community outreach programs. Volunteers play a hands-on role in bringing these experiences to life by helping with setup, registration, and check-in, guiding families through stations, assisting with activities, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This team helps create a welcoming, organized, and meaningful environment where families feel supported, cared for, and equipped with valuable resources.
Outreach & Community Engagement
Help us build strong relationships within the community by connecting with local businesses, organizations, and supporters. Volunteers in this role help share our mission, coordinate donation drives, and identify partnership opportunities that expand our reach. Your efforts play a key role in raising awareness, strengthening community support, and ensuring that more children and families have access to the resources they need.
Creative & Marketing Support
Use your skills in social media, photography, graphic design, or writing to help bring our story to life. Volunteers on this team create and share meaningful content that highlights our mission, events, and impact by helping keep our community informed, engaged, and inspired while expanding our reach.
Rapid Response Team
Be part of a flexible, on-call team that responds to urgent needs for new or emergency placements. Volunteers may help quickly gather and prepare essential items, coordinate pickups, or assist families outside of regular hours when immediate support is needed. This role is critical in ensuring children and caregivers receive timely, compassionate care during some of their most transitional moments.
